JOURNAL: WHAT IS YOUR RELATIONSHIP TO TIME? WHAT WORRIES AROUND TIME COME UP RELATED TO YOU BEING A MOTHER? LIST OUT ALL YOUR BELIEFS: “I BELIEVE THAT TIME…”
Uff, this is the though stuff we need to face. Okay, but how do we shift this? As an EXERCISE I want to invite you to step into your feminine energy with a friend or your partner: You could ask for help, share a desire and ask them for what you want, you could share something personal and in that ask for them to hold space for you. Or: hold off from taking charge (control) and let someone in your life do things just as they want — without interfering or commenting on it.
